I sold one just like the one in your photo last week on Trademe. I also had another one which sold, the auction number was 145189530 I called it a chalice vase because thats what I thought it looked like. Tell me please if you think I was right when I said Crown Lynn and I listed it with ?? as I wasn't totally sure. It wasn't stamped but it did have numbers 2079

Hiya webgrl - these are exactly the sort of questions that we need for the "id my pottery" section ...when you get some time post a pic and question over there and hopefully someone who knows a bit more about CL whiteware might be able to help...or at the very least we could give a group consensus of opinion...you just need to join servimg.com to upload the photos ( there is a how to upload my photos section on this site) and then its quite easy from that point on...any questions send me a pm... scooter

I once had a lovely blue poppy type vase stamped in the very same way, it also looked the same as your underside (of the vase) I cant see if there's any *dots* either side? if there is.. then most likely yes it is crown lynn, but if not, I would suspect european as mine was. P.S. still learning here. thinking
