It has the feintest of impressed letters around the base edge but none that can be read, unfortunately...and no backstamp! It could well be Beswick or (can't think of the other maker's name!!) that has Velour on it, who also make white vases.

Ok so whats the history of the "white vase"? Anyone care to write a little essay on the white vase wave? UK ones, NZ ones, other country ones?......what era are we looking at.....
