You are right..... as it's not a Len Castle piece.
In the Marks of New Zealand Potters book that mark is attributed to Barbara Cunningham.
Do you have that book silversmith?
It really is an asset for studio pottery collectors.

I,ve seen the book forsale on trademe and had a great internet site that showed all the marks A-Z but alas it has vanished like the kiwiana site did, still no beating this site however..thanks for the tip and helping with iidentifying this peice Very Happy

yep - well worth getting a copy of the book ...although personally I prefer seeing the marks in a photo...the site you're talking about was Timcaultons's potters marks site... Wink
