Lustre example.. these often get confused with crown Lynn Lustre, but the Titian tends to have a slight "rouge" tinge

Titian Glaze Examples

I have taken a few photos of various Titian art glazes. I think this type of glaze was called "crackle-lustre". It came in blue, green and red hues. The name may be a bit confusing because the glaze-effect itself is neither like the true textured "leather" and "lace" crackle-type glazes nor like the traditional lustres, an example of which Shazz has posted above.
This crackle-lustre glaze gives the effect of oil breaking up and pooling on the surface of a body of water (I think). Before somebody told me that the name is crackle-lustre I was actually calling these 'oil glazes'.

The large bowl you have posted above with the black glaze and gold specks is an example of the 'stardust' glaze I think.
